Itinerary

Day 01

Kathmandu Arrival – Overnight at Kathmandu

Airport pickup and transfer to hotel. Welcome drink and check in.
Evening: We will meet for a coffee talk at your hotel and brief you on the details of your ongoing trip itinerary.

Day 02

Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding,(2651M/8700 Ft) - 8 Km, approx 4 Hours

Early morning 5:30 AM- Drive to the airport and fly to Lukla(35 Minutes flight). After familiarity with the guide and porters trek to Phakding .Overnight stay at Phakding.

Day 03

Phakding to Namche Bazar( 3440 m / 11280 ft. )-11 Km. approx 6 Hours

After breakfast, continue our trek to the Dudh Koshi River. After a few hours walking will reach Namche Bazar.
Namche Bazar (3440m) is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges and opens out only where it faces the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight stay at Namche Bazar.

Day 04

Rest day at Namche Bazar

Namche is a perfect place to spend a rest day for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading off towards Tyangboche.
We walk up to Khhumjung village through Everest view Hotel in Syangbuche and you will see the beautiful view of the Himalayas including Mt.Everest and other peaks Overnight stay at Namche Bazar.

Day 05

Trek to Tengboche ( 3870 m / 12694 ft. 10 km, approx 5 Hours

We start our trekking with the ridge and level mountain path that offers an excellent panorama of Thamserku, Kantega, and Kusum Kangrib, after walking a few hours on flat Zigzag we descend to the river and arrive at Phunki Tenga. Overnight stay at Tengboche.

Day 06

Trek to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft): 9km, approx 5 Hours

Today, we start our trekking with descending through Rhododendron forest to the Imja Khola and cross an exciting suspension bridge on the Imja Khola and walk past a long Mani stone wall to enter the village of Pangboche.
Our route continues through summer pastures to Dingboche .Overnight stay at Dingboche.

Day 07

Rest day at Dingboche

Today is the significant acclimatization day with breathtaking views of the North face of Ama Dablam and the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. The walk is short with a good chance to relax in the afternoon. Overnight stay at Dingboche.

Day 08

Trek to Lobuche (4940 m/16,207 ft): 7km, approx 5 Hours

The onward trek leads us north for up to 50-minutes until we come to a mani-prayer Stupa then The trail is gentle looking down to Pheriche village below.
Today’s walk offers views of the Mt.Tawache, Ama Dablam and to the north-Pokalde (5741m) Kongma-tse (5820m) and the great wall of Nuptse. After two hours of walking, the trail from Pheriche joins near Dugla (4595m) before a small wooden bridge over the river of Khumbu glacier. Then continue for an hour up a steep hill to the top, where there are views of Mt. Pumori and other peaks west of Everest. After a short break, continue trekking up to Lobuche, Overnight at Lobuche.

Day 09

Trek to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakhshep (5,364 m/17,594 ft): 13km, approx 7 Hours

The trekking continues following the rocky moraine path, viewing icy glacial ponds and icebergs down below of Khumbu glacier.
After the last rocky moraine dunes, a short downhill walk brings you to Gorakshep, where we will stop for lunch and we leave all our stuff there at lodge as this is the last place where there are lodge available – then we start our Himalayan journey to the Everest Base camp. Your Dream comes true now, after visiting sometime in the Base Camp then we return to Gorekshep, Overnight at Gorekshep.

Day 10

Trek to Pheriche (4,288m/14,070ft) via Kalapathar (5,545m/18,192ft) approx 8 Hours

Early in the morning, climb to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of the sunrise, panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt.
Thamserku and many more, after seeing the sunrise, we trek down to Gorekshep and have lunch and start trekking down to Pheriche, Overnight at Pheriche.

Day 11

Trek to Namche Bazar (3,440m/11,280 ft): 20km, approx 7 Hours

After breakfast: trek back to Namche, an easy descent passing through rhododendron forest. Tengbuche is a small village with a famous monastery offering you the splendid view of Ama Dablam, green hills and river views where we stopped for lunch then we will retrace to Namche , Overnight at Namche Bazar.

Day 12

Trek to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft) approx 7 Hours

The last day of trekking is pleasant, except for a few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote-Koshi River crossing it three times. The last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla, Overnight at Lukla.

Day 13

Fly to Kathmandu from Lukla (approx 35 Minutes Flight)

We will take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu, Free time for shopping, Evening farewell Dinner. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 14

Free day at Kathmandu

We will take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu, Free time for shopping, Evening farewell Dinner. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 15

Departure - Transfer to Airport

You will be free till your flight time. We will drop you at Airport 3 hours before flight time (30 mins drive).

The Sherpa & Cooking Staff was Great. They are amazing people to Look after us and provide useful information at all levels from Shopping to Health and Food what should be eating. Also, They Travel with us from Nepal. As we cross the border another amazing soul, we met Diki & Pema. There were with us until return to China Border. How to be fit to complete Parikrama (Kora) of Kailash guidance provided by them is so useful. The Atmosphere were Amazing. Feel like soul home.  Verified Once in a life time experience at Mt. Kailash. I went on a tour to Lake Mansarovar and Mount Kailash with Kailash Vision Treks in July’26. It was an experience of a kind which I will remember for the rest of my life. The entire team was professional, responsive and respectful of our choices. Ngima Sherpa headed the tour with other members like Shambo, Buddha and few others. In spite of that fact that this was a spiritual journey, they tried their very best to make this journey fun and comfortable to the best of their abilities. They paid attention to each individual’s personal needs. Medicine was always handy and special meal requested were fulfilled. I could not have completed the Parikrama around Mount Kailash without the Almighty’s blessings and the support of this group and my fellow travelers. This all went beyond my expectations. Suman Ji and his team has arranged everything very well. During our tour guide Ngima and Gonpo provided all kind of support to our 26 members group during 13 days parikrama. Kitchen team (Purna, Buddha, Lhakpa, Pasang & Jagat) also helped us each and every moment during 14 days sacred Kailash Parikrama.  Verified Excellent service and food. We went to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra with Kailash Vision Treks on July 24, 2026 along with 26 participants from around the world. The service provided from day one to the end of the trip was excellent by Kailash Vision Treks and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide Mr. Nima Sherpa was exceptional, very informative, down to earth and helpful. The food provided throughout the journey was excellent (They even prepared us Pizza and Momo too). The kitchen staffs and other supporting staffs were excellent. Accommodation arrangements were excellent. The transportation arrangement was excellent too. The staffs even took care of all guests holy water collected from Mansarovar Lake and safely kept and transported back to Nepal and gave back to guests. It was a life changing spiritual experience with exceptional service provided by Kailash Vision Treks.
